“Young People” Diversity Workshops for Coaches Season 2
Join us for our face-to-face workshops of the “Diversity Workshops for coaches” season 2 taking place on Wednesday, 25th January 2023 at the Andover College (SP10 1EJ).
We will be talking about “Young People” and will discuss all things related to setting up Youth Councils, protection young people from discrimination, understanding banter & generational gaps, empowering young people to make decisions within clubs, supporting young people who are coming out, and sharing best practice.
The workshop will be led by Jake (Coaching & Workforce Football Development Officer) who will be joined by special guests who will share their experiences of empowering young people in local football!
Our face-to-face events offer the chance to learn more about EDI topics within a group and activity driven workshops.

Coaches are awarded 2 CPD hours for attending the workshop. We will recognise the coaches who attend the most webinars/workshops by awarding them the “EDI Champion award” at the Hampshire FA Grassroots Award 2023 ceremony.
