Futsal Referee Course- LFA
Overview
The FA Futsal Referee Course is designed to equip new referees with the key skills and knowledge they will need to be able to referee grassroots futsal matches safely and effectively. The course is designed for learners aged 14 and over who are new to refereeing or are an existing football referee looking officiate futsal.
Minimum Age
Learners must be 14 or over on the course start date.
Pre Course Learning
Prior to attending the course you must complete the 'Guide to futsal laws of the game' online module below

Safeguarding Requirements
You must have the Safeguarding For All qualification and if you are 16+ and refereeing youth football you must have an in date FA enhanced DBS

Candidates are responsible for bringing the following things to the course
Food & Drink for lunch
Suitable clothing for active indoor clothing. A change of clothing is also recommended

The cost of this course is £60
Lancashire FA Cancellation Policy Cancellations more than 14 working days before the course start date are eligible for a refund minus a £20 cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than 14 working days, but more than 2 working days before the course start date are refundable minus a £30 cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than 2 working days before the course start date are eligible for a refund minus a £40 cancellation fee.
Learners must inform Lancashire FA of a cancellation by emailing referees@lancashirefa.com
Learners who fail to notify Lancashire FA of their non-attendance are not eligible for any refund.

Lancashire FA Transfer Policy
Only in exceptional circumstances will Lancashire FA allow a candidate to transfer free of charge to another course. In order to request a transfer, candidates must put their reasons in writing via email to referees@lancashirefa.com
Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis and you may be required to provide evidence to further support your request. Lancashire FA will then inform you of the outcome after considering all aspects of the request. The outcome of Lancashire FA is final and not open to appeal.
