'Managing Difference Workshop'

This workshop is designed to help incorporate people with disabilities OR difficulty in mainstream football.

We aim to provide learners who attend with engaging ideas and knowledge by looking at some of the most common disabilities, difficulties, and behaviours that youth players have within mainstream football. The workshop will help explain and demonstrate how some of the most standard tools that can support coaches, club officials and welfare officers to effectively adapt to help them further include all players within their sessions and club structure. Those who attend will also be able to gain suggestions of additional support for player development, such as coach mentoring and additions resources. PLEASE NOTE: This bespoke workshop is provided by Worcestershire FA to help supplement learning in addition to FA qualifications for coaches, club officials and welfare officers.
