Workshop content:

This workshop is aimed at current young coaches and aspiring young coaches. It will focus on providing practical tips and advice for how to keep younger players engaged in sessions through fun and exciting Futsal games. The workshop will also get candidates thinking about ways to establish a positive, welcoming environment that players will want to keep attending and how to keep sessions flowing in order to hold the concentration of the younger players for the duration of the session.

Workshop pre-requisites:

You should be signed up to the Football Futures programme in order to take part in this workshop, please complete a Football Futures form (find here: http://www.surreyfa.com/more/volunteering) and return to Laura Wallman (laura.wallman@surreyfa.com) once you have booked onto the workshop.

Practical Involvement: Attendees will be encouraged to participate practically to maximise their opportunities for learning. You will need to bring indoor boots/trainers and shin pads for the practical session.
