Join Steve Lilley, Director of Operations at e-CAN and UEFA A Licence Coach for a workshop that aims to provide coaches with a better understanding of the Psychological and Social factors when working with players. 

We'll be looking at Goal Setting, Motivation, Growth Mindset and Managing Mistakes, in attempt to understand our players more and therefore, help them to develop.
