- Who is it for: Ideally suited to those considering taking up refereeing as well as keeping involved in the game.
- Course aims and objectives: This Course does not provide a refereeing qualification but outlines the philosophy of mini soccer and the importance of understanding the needs of children in football.
Course Content:
The course is run as a workshop, interactive in nature and centre?s on developing knowledge on the laws of mini football.
Where facilities exist some of the workshop can be delivered outside.
The course covers the following content:
- Outlines of the ethos of mini-soccer
- Understanding the needs of children
- Role of the referee in mini-soccer
- The laws of mini-soccer
- How to become a qualified referee

- Red & Yellow Cards
- Match Record pad and wallet
- ID Card
- Certificate of attendance
