A two hour CPD event exploring Club and Coaches coaching philosophies and utilising these to help coaches develop a practical Reflection Process that can help them and their team maximise opportunities through Football. The event will explore Age Phase Priorities and areas of focus for teams at different stages of their playing journey allowing coaches to reflect on beliefs and behaviours that may impact player development. Coaches will develop a plan of action for their team moving forward to support their goals and aspirations.
