The Youth Development Phase DNA is currently in development and Graeme Carrick the project lead would like to share some of the detail to help support coaches working with players aged 12-16 years linked to the England DNA.
The evening will consist of a presentation outlining the key messages from the YDP DNA followed by a practical session to demonstrate how this works in coaching scenarios, providing attendees with new insight & ideas that they may wish to transfer to their own coaching environment where appropriate.
