Topic | ‘Coaching to Develop the Physical Corner’

 

Brief | The evening, led by FA County Coach Developer Matt Jones, will dive into the physical corner with the following aims:

  • Explore key elements in the physical development of players

  • Identify how to manipulate practices to develop physical returns for players

  • Identify some of the physical effects of maturation and adolescence

The workshop will be a mixture of both theory & practical (observing players), to which there will be ample opportunity to discuss & ask questions related to the topic.
