Currently the Technical Director of Football at Southampton FC, a member of |Southampton's Senior Management Team, Manager of The Saints U23 team.  His time at Southampton has seen him bring through the likes of Luke Shaw, James Ward-Prowse & Callum Chambers.  Previous posts have seen him as Asst Manager of Bradford City and Stoke City, First Team coach at Norwich City & Watford FC.  He worked for The FA, for 13 years, as a Regional Director before being promoted to Head Coaching roles with the countries U15's, U16's & U19's - the latter group including the likes of Theo Walcott, Joe Cole & Michael Carrick.  Our guest coach also holds the prestigious Pro Licence Award in Coaching.  For those who haven't guessed who our next presenter is - he is without doubt one of England's top Pro/FA coaches, and I am extremely proud to welcome back Martin Hunter, after a long spell away, due to is commitments at Southampton FC.

Martin's theme/topic will be "Possession With Purpose" and this will include practices/games used at Southampton FC/Academy whereby there is always a purpose or finish to the practice or SSG eg why do we play possession games - to finish with a shot on goal, to retain possession, to attack/counter attack etc.  You will not be disappointed with Martin's session or his style of coaching.  Attendees will see why he is one of England's much sought after Pro Club/Pro Academy/FA Coaches.  Another legendary coach to bring us practices to take back to use with our own players - Not To Be Missed
