Workshop Content:

The Oxfordshire FA Coaches Academy is a unique method of learning in the county, allowing coaches to deliver a session in front of others and to gain feedback on the session.

In its second season the Academy will offer coaches the chance to deliver a minimum of 20 minutes in a session of their choosing. Following the 20 minutes, the other coaches in attendance will be asked to provide feedback on the session; both positive, and potential areas for improvement.

The Academy is not a daunting experience; with all coaches so far saying that they have liked receiving the feedback from others. Feedback is led by Mark Haining, County Coach Developer, or one of Oxfordshire’s FA Coach Mentors.

This session will be delivered with:

Bloxham FC Under 9's

If this sounds like something you’d like to be involved in, whether observing and providing feedback, or through delivery, simply sign up below.

If you would be interested in holding future coaches academy sessions at your team's training, please contact James.Shiplee@OxfordshireFA.com

What you will Need:

  • Note taking materials (Recommended)
  • Suitable clothing and footwear to observe a practical session

Additional Information:
