Workshop Content:

This session will support newly qualified Level 1 coaches, and help you  to develop your coaching ability. It will take aspects of your course and show you how to use them to better enhance the quality of your coaching sessions to get the best out of your players.

The session will introduce the new format of the Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football, which now has integrated both the Youth Award Module One and Youth Award Module Two.

The practical element of this session will look at ways of giving the players ownership within their training sessions and help you to develop a deeper understanding of the sorts of decisions player make and why; which will give you more knowledge of understanding a youth player and therefore impact on your coaching sessions.

- Potential next steps; Level 2, Youth Award Module 3, and more...
- FA Licensed Coaches Club; how this free club can help you develop, and the resources it offers

  • Note taking materials (Recommended)
  • Suitable clothing and footwear for outside practical
