Anyone can attend this FALCC event, but only Level 1 and 2 coaches will gain CPD Hours for their FALCC Membership. These FALCC hours will count towards the 2016-2017 season only (1st August 2016-31st July 2017).

Workshop Content:

 

Led by County Coach Developer, Mark Haining, this workshop will look at the various systems of play that are commonly employed in the game, the role and responsibilities of the players within the various systems and the strengths/weaknesses that each system provides.

The session will:

  • Develop coaches knowledge around the varying formations that are utilised in football (4-4-2, 4-3-3)
  • Allow coaches to evaluate each of the formations and systems, identifying key strengths and weaknesses
  • Opportunity to take part in small sided games and gain an understanding how you can develop tactical understanding and transfer this into match day
  • Give coaches chance to meet like minded people, share ideas and ask questions

What you will Need:

  • Note taking materials (Recommended)
  • Suitable clothing and footwear for inside theory and outside practical on the pitch
