In this interactive workshop Tom Hartley, Coach Programme & Pathway Manager at UK Coaching, will explore the theme of coaching behaviours, helping you develop your self-awareness as a coach. Together we will discuss what actually is player-centred coaching, and understand more about the what and how of coaching interventions. We will zoom in on different moments where a coach has an impact on the players in their care, such as the pre-brief, de-brief, practice and matchday.
This workshop aims to spark your curiosity, pose questions and help you develop your self-awareness as a coach.
