All coaches will receive CPD for their coaching level from this event. It will count towards the 2015-2016 season only.

Workshop Content:
This launch session will introduce coaches to the new Coaches Academy, and the opportunities that they can access. It will give coaches the opportunity to meet fellow coaches from across the county, and share ideas and sessions.
The Academy will run alongside the Club Mentoring programme, FA Licensed Coaches Club, CPD events, coach education and FA Skills Team's work to ensure that the quality of coaching in the county continues to improve.
Coaches will receive 1-on-1 support where required, along with action planning support, club visits and access to coaching support via communications and media platforms.
Additionally through the Coaches Academy, there will be a process of talent ID to identify talented coaches and to help them to continue with their coaching journey.

- Benefits and aims of the Coaches Academy
- Future development opportunities

- Note taking materials (Recommended)
- Suitable clothing and footwear for inside theory (future events will include practical input)
