• Course Duration: 2 1/2 hours
• Who is it for: This course is open to all club administrators, club committee members, Chairpersons, Secretaries and Treasurers who are interested in enhancing their knowledge of the effective club structures available.

Course aims and objectives:  Delivered by PwC as part of the Club Leaders programme, candidates will gain an understanding of the various legal forms a club can take and how becoming a charity or CASC can make them tax efficient and able to access Gift Aid.

Course Content: The course will provide candidates with knowledge of the following:

• The various legal structures a club could adopt
• The pros and cons of each structure
• How to convert to a different structure
• Charitable status and Community Amateur Sports Clubs, their pros and cons
• How to access Gift Aid
• Football Club Case studies
