This session will include both classroom and practical coaching

activities and will cover:

• coaching and player development

philosophies of the Durham and

Sunderland & Gateshead RTCs

• Girls’ Player Pathway in the

North East

• RTC coaching practices

• the standard of technical ability

required for the Foundation Phase

of he RTC programme

Attendees will not be required to take part in the practical activities.
