Norfolk FA Leadership Camp
If you are, or know of, a young person aged 12-18, who’s enthusiastic about football and wanting to develop knowledge within the game – then the Norfolk FA Leadership Camp could be just for you!
The Norfolk FA Youth Council strive to make Norfolk football better by providing a voice for young people within the game through any role. This is a newly designed Leadership Camp that Norfolk FA Staff and Youth Council Members will deliver.
This camp will engage with the next generation to give young people the opportunity to explore a number of roles within the grassroots game. The camp will cover workshops such as Leadership, Coaching, Refereeing and Marketing. Our aim is for the young people to learn new or build on existing skills to support them in their own grassroots environment. The camp will last for two days and will be based at our Football Development Centre (theFDC) located in Bowthorpe. The two days will give young people the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and potentially be inspired to take up a career within Football.
