Developing Skilful Players.
As part of our Coach Development Offer, we are delighted to confirm our next face to face event during the 2022/23 season to support our coaches. Throughout these events, we will continue to provide learning opportunities and resources to our coaches that will support the development of more skilful players, more inspirational opportunities and develop more transformational coaches.
What can coaches expect to take away?
Join us on Wednesday 16th November 2022 as Debbie Barry (Physical Education Officer, The FA) and Sharon Muxworthy (Coach Development Officer, Women & Girls, The FA) deliver a face to face session on Developing Skilful Players. This event will be a mixture of theory & practical utilising a Middlesex FA England Accredited club for the practical aspects of the session.
Aimed at grassroots coaches this workshop will explore the following:
- What developing skilful players looks like in your coaching environment.
- Practises you can use to help develop skilful players.
- The FA's four corner approach to help & support developing skilful players.
Are there any tasks I need to complete prior to the event?
