EMPOWER HER 2025

Our ambition is to improve education around female health for all of our participants and volunteers, empowering them to maximise their performance on and off the pitch.

To celebrate International Women's Day, we are delighted to be hosting a one day event consisting of educational workshops around female health in the morning followed by a fun, football festival in the afternoon.

Educational workshops will focus on:

- Menstrual Cycle

- Breast Health 

- Injury Prevention

• Location: Belle Vue Speedway, M12 4WB
• Date: Saturday 8th March 2025
• Time: 10am - 5pm
• Buffet Lunch Included 

Tickets are individually priced at £5 per person, which will include the above, with a limited number of team entries available to purchase at £40 per booking. 

Please note this event is 16+ and open to all, regardless of gender or role in the game.
