Metro Health & Wellbeing will be holding a FREE Injury Prevention Workshop and a FREE Injury Assessment Clinic at Manchester FA Headquarters;

Tuesday 10th April 2012- 6:30/ 9pm Approx

A practical workshop giving advice and practical examples on the key parts of Football Injury Prevention

  • Warm Up
  • Cool Down
  • Hydration/Nutrition
  • Speed/Agility/Quickness (SAQ's)
  • Stretching Techniques
  • Ice Regimes
  • Youth Players, Football and dealing with growth issues

    8/ 9 pm - FREE Injury Assessment Clinic
    FREE     10 minute mini assessments performed by highly experienced physiotherapists with expertise in Football Injuries

    The workshop will be held here at Manchester FA, Manchester Communication Academy, Silchester Drive, Harpurhey, Manchester, M40 8NT.
