On Friday 20th October Liverpool County FA in partnership with Liverpool Football Club and The national FA will be holding a coaches celebratory evening in recognition of Black History Month.

Anfield stadium home of Liverpool Football Club will play host to the event which will bring together the local community, guest speakers and former players to recognise the multicultural and diverse footballing history on Merseyside.

The evening will include the following:

  • Talks from guest speakers including Dr Colin King from the Black and Asian Coaches Association.

  • Updates on local and national BAME inclusion initiatives.

  • Networking opportunities for BAME coaches.

  • An update on the FA Coaching Pathway including CPD opportunities.

  • Mentoring support for BAME coaches.

  • Interactive feedback sessions.

  • Celebration of BAME players and coaches
