The Lincolnshire Football Association are launching 'Lincolnshire FA - Female Mentoring Programme' in-line with the national FA Coach Mentor programme, which is delivered locally in Lincolnshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for local female coaches to benefit from bespoke support and CPD within your own clubs, with your own players! As well as attending quarterly CPD meetings with other like minded female coaches from across Lincolnshire to discuss topics within football coaching - that YOU choose.
The Lincolnshire FA will be launching the 'Female Mentor Programme' in partnership with the FA Coach Mentor programme. With meetings taking place every quarter; December, February & April.
The programme will launch details are below;
- Venue: Ruston Sports & Social, Newark Road, Lincoln, LN6 7QA.
- Date: 21st September 2017
- Time: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
The launch evening session will be an introduction to the programme from Lincolnshire FA, you will then watch the mentor programme in action delivered to a grassroots coach, followed by a review, meeting your mentor and planning your support for the season. The other three meetings topics (December, February & April) will be chosen by you and the group. This is to ensure that as a coach, you're benefiting from the experience and seeing topics delivered that are relevant to you and your coaching journey.
As part of our commitment to you and being a part of your local 'Female Mentor Programme' we will ensure that each female coach receives specific mentoring support throughout the season back in their clubs (between quarterly meetings), designed around what YOU want and need to support you as a coach.
This year's annual subscription is FREE and will last you until 30th June 2018.
