The Lincolnshire Football Association are launching 'Lincolnshire FA Coaches Associations' in-line with the national FA Coach Mentor programme, which is delivered locally in Lincolnshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for local coaches to benefit from bespoke support and CPD within your own clubs, with your own players! As well as attend quarterly CPD meetings with other like minded coaches within your local area to discuss topics within football coaching - that YOU choose.
The Lincolnshire FA will be launching 3 'Coaches Associations' in partnership with the FA Coach Mentor programme; North Lincolnshire, Central Lincolnshire and South Lincolnshire. With meetings taking place every quarter; October, February and May.
The first session delivered in October will be based around Futsal and the benefits this can have on your players and on you as coaches. The other two meetings topics (February & May) will be chosen by you and your group, from a grassroots designed menu! This is to ensure that as a coach, you're benefiting from the experience and seeing topics delivered that are relevant to you and your coaching journey.
The dates, times and venues for all the meetings are listed below. You will only attend your local association which will be distributed prior to the first meeting date.

As part of our commitment to you and being a part of your local 'Coaches Association' we will ensure that each coach receives specific mentoring support throughout the season back in their clubs (between quarterly meetings), designed around what YOU want and need to support you as a coach.
Your £20.00 is an annual subscription and will last you until 30th June 2018. This fee will support Lincolnshire FA in covering all facility costs (classroom & 3G), it will also allow Lincolnshire FA to access discounted Nike kit to provide each 'Coaches Association' member. As well as individualised development coaching plans to support you back in your clubs with your FA Coach Mentor.
