Session Objectives: Person first, player second - understand what the players game looks like and how to support them to give their best. Individual tactics - link individual tactics to skills and practice

Understanding of practice types - using different types of practice play to provide technique to skill returns for player. Practice design - Recognise the difference between various practice types and the returns they might have.

Learner Outcomes: To develop an understanding of how ETC’s support and enhance the growth of youth female players and how they work with grassroots clubs. Learning ways to guide players through their personal and player development.
