CPD Overview
Michael will aim to demonstrate how planning effective small-sided training can deliver realistic and relevant outcomes for players relating to the 11v11 game. Michael will highlight session design with incorporation of player positions, area of the pitch and realistic opposition. Michael will the deliver a practical example followed by a debrief & Q&A around the topic and session delivery.

This session will focus on developing possession forward from defensive areas with recognition of playing positions, philosophies and opposition pressure. Dave will present examples of playing out from the back through a theoretical presentation including thoughts when designing sessions, followed by practical delivery and a post session Q&A.

Tom will highlight how to create opportunities to score through positional play, individual challenges and player combinations through both theory and practical demonstrations. After this, Tom will break down the session in a debrief and open the session up for Q&A.
CPD Title - Live Coaching Observation - Lincoln City vs. Charlton Athletic

CPD Overview
This session has been designed to develop live match observations. The session will focus on arriving pre-game for a theoretical presentation on coach observations, followed by the opportunity to watch a live 1st team game while completing observation tasks. Post game, there will be an opportunity to meet and review the process and open up the floor to discussions and Q&A around this topic.

CPD Overview
Scott will present a theory-based session on how goalkeepers defend the area and how sessions can be designed around this topic before delivering a practical example. After the session, Scott will complete a Q&A and debrief
Course Cancellations & Transfers:
Should a candidate wish to cancel or transfer their place on a course, they need to notify LFA as soon as possible by emailing the Football Development Department; stuart.houlton@lincolnshirefa.com
Course Cancellation:
Our courses are in high demand and by not informing us that you are unable to attend, you are preventing another candidate from attending the course. The following charges will apply to all cancellations:
- 28 days or more a candidate will be entitled to a full refund.
- 27 days – 14 days a candidate will be charged 25% of their course fee plus admin fee.
- 13 days – 7 days a candidate will be charged 50% of their course fee plus admin fee.
- 6 days or less no refund will be provided.
Course Transfers:
If a candidate wishes to transfer to a different course the following charges apply:
If notification is provided between 28 – 14 days prior to the start date of the course no fee will be charged.
If notification is provided between 13 – 7 days prior to the start of the course there will be a 10% (of the total course fee) administration charge.
If notification is provided less than 6 days prior to the start of the course the candidate will not be able to transfer. They will lose their course place on the course and will need to re-book on to another course at full cost.
Consideration will be given to candidates who, for health reasons or exceptional circumstances are unable to attend and require a transfer to another course. A letter from a Doctor or medical professional may be requested.
