CPD Title - How to embed individual learning into team training

Overview:
This CPD is aimed at highlighting and demonstrating how individual learning can be embedded into group practice. Tom and Calum will start with theory around setting individual learning plans, how this relates to curriculum and how you can plan this into sessions. This will then be followed by a practical based session that will demonstrate how to link and progress sessions to incorporate individual learning. Finally, we will review the evening and be available for questions/discussions around the evening.
