Workshop Agenda

• Lincolnshire FA will explain their role within the Grass Pitch improvement programme, what support is currently available for grass pitch sites along with discussing wider funding opportunities for clubs. 
• Phil Kime from The Grounds Management Association will talk us through the importance of a good Pitch Power inspection and how that effects the information given in the reports. 
• Behind the scenes with Jim Portas at Boston United as him and his team share exclusive insights into managing the Jakeman's Community Stadium throughout the season. Sharing with us how their work evolves between peak season and off-season, giving us a first-hand look at the meticulous preparations that go into every matchday. From daily routines to matchday readiness, providing a unique perspective on the dedication and expertise that keep the pitch in top condition all year round. 
• Replay Maintenance will discuss the new partnership with the Lincolnshire FA about how they can support grassroots clubs with their pitch improvement 

Additional Information 

• There are limited places available so please book ASAP to avoid disappointment and due to the capacity limitations we will be unable allow anyone without a ticket, entry to the event.
• Due to the packed nature of the agenda if possible, please be sure to arrive on time ahead of a prompt 18:00 start
• Your ticket also includes a cold food buffet that will be served from 17:30.

• Should a candidate wish to cancel their place on the workshop, they need to notify LFA as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]

Workshop Cancellation: 

• Our workshops are in high demand and by not informing us that you are unable to attend, you are preventing another candidate from attending the workshop. The following charges will apply to all cancellations:
• 28 days or more a candidate will be entitled to a full refund.
• 27 days – 14 days a candidate will be charged 25% of their workshop fee plus admin fee.
• 13 days – 7 days a candidate will be charged 50% of their workshop fee plus admin fee.
• 6 days or less no refund will be provided.
