The Herefordshire FA are running a Girls Football Skills Centre targeted at Girls aged 7-11 years of age.

The Skills Centre will improve their sporting skills using football and develop the fundamental movements associated with sport and activity. This may include improving the players running, jumping and dodging skills as well as their balance and co-ordination.

Girls attending the skills centre can do so in a safe and enjoyable environment at the new Hereford Academy. Sessions will include individual challenges, fun games and the chance to make new friends. The Skills Centre also provides an exit route into a local Charter Standard Community Club who are looking to recruit new players for their NEW GIRLS FOOTBALL TEAMS IN 2012.

All coaches are qualified to coach young children and have a fully valid Emergency Aid, Safeguarding Children and FA CRB Certificate in place.
