Norway v Northern Ireland - Finish the Attack (WEURO 3 PART EVENT)

We are delighted to be offering a 3 part event centred around the UEFA Women's EURO match on 7th July hosted at St Mary's Stadium - Norway v Northern Ireland! Our focus will be around 'Finishing the attack', with a pre and post event to connect and reflect upon the matchday observation task.


How it works:

1) Review the 3 part event details in the table below (ensure you can attend the initial workshop before registering)

3) Job done! We look forward to seeing you on our first event on 29/06/2022 at Solent University (details will be emailed to you).

*Please read the event details carefully as there is a mixture of IN PERSON and ONLINE workshops*


Theme: Norway v Northern Ireland - Finish the Attack (3 part event)

Presenters: Adrian Penrose (Coach Development Officer - University of Chichester), Lisa Savage (FA Talent Reporter - England Pathway), Vicky Fisher (FA Regional Coach Development Officer - Women & Girls), Lee Burch (Academy Head Coach - Hampshire FA) & Alice Weaving (Coaching & Workforce Football Development Officer - Hampshire FA).

CPD Hours: 6 hours (for Level 1 - 3 coaches who attend all 3 events)

Who for? Coaches within the female game (must be aged 18+)

During the workshop you will:

  • Discuss coaching detail needed to support players with different types of finish
  • Consider relevant practice design that speaks to the female game demands
  • Critically reflect on what your players get at club naturally vs what we might need to add in
  • Ability to observe different aspects of finish the attack

We do not have tickets for this event, however if you wish to purchase them please do so here. If you already have tickets then great, we shall see you there!
