Workshop Overview

This workshop will support coaches to plan and deliver welcoming sessions that put players at the heart of the experience. Coaches will explore how effective organisation, inclusive practices and positive coaching behaviours can help build environments where players feel valued, confident and motivated to learn

Who is it for?
  • Targeting coaches who hold any qualification.
  • 3 Hours of CPD will be accredited.
Outcomes
  • Understand the principles of effective, player-centred session planning.
  • Create safe, inclusive and positive environments for all players.
  • Use positive coaching behaviours to support player enjoyment and development.
  • Deliver engaging sessions that maximise participation and learning.
