Workshop Overview

As volunteer coaches, we often have little time to effectively plan our sessions, which consequently makes it difficult to then adapt them in the moment. 

This workshop aims to support a coaches understanding of practice design through highlighting a variety of practice shapes, manipulations and progressions / regressions to help you manage your own time more effectively, but also better support the needs of your players.

Who is it for?

Coaches who are looking at developing a wide range of practice design tools to aid their planning and delivery.
