Workshop OverviewThis workshop will equip coaches with the knowledge and practical strategies to design and deliver sessions that enhance technical development through high-quality practice, appropriate challenge and meaningful coaching interventions.
Who is it for?
  • Targeting coaches who hold any qualification.
  • 3 Hours of CPD will be accredited.
Outcome
  • Identify the key principles of effective individual skill development and their importance within the player development journey.
  • Design practices that maximise individual ball contact, challenge and decision-making opportunities.
  • Adapt coaching interventions to meet the technical needs of players with different abilities and stages of development.
  • Plan and deliver engaging sessions that develop individual technical skills while maintaining enjoyment, safety and an inclusive learning environment.
  • 2 hours practical on the pitch.
