  • Support Player Development Through Positive Coaching
    Reflect on how matchday behaviours influence player learning, decision-making and wellbeing, leaving with practical actions to promote respect, enjoyment and long-term player development

  • 3 Hours of CPD will be accredited.

  • Understand the impact of adult behaviours on player development and enjoyment.
  • Identify practical techniques to prevent and manage inappropriate matchday behaviours.
  • Develop an action plan to improve the matchday experience within their own team or club.
  • Explore key learnings within own context.
