Workshop Overview

Essex Coaches have partnered up with DW Goalkeeping Academy & Yilmaz Aksoy to deliver this face-to-face practical CPD workshop. The workshop is for those who want to develop their understanding of goalkeeping, learn ways to incorporate them into team sessions, and explore ways to engage and challenge them.

Who is it for?

Anyone wishing to develop their understanding of how to better incorporate goalkeepers into their team sessions.

What to expect

• Showcasing fun, safe and engaging sessions to support goalkeepers within a team session.
• Discussion and conversation with current 1st Team Goalkeeping Coach at Colchester United & the FA National Goalkeeping department'.

Outcomes

• Observe Guest Presenter deliver a goalkeeper specific session.
• Discuss how using various practice designs and challenges can support the development of goalkeepers.
• Explore key learnings within own context and environment.
