Workshop Overview

Would you like to feel more informed and confident supporting female players in the psychological and social corner? This workshop will look at supporting female players throughout areas such as maturation changes, dealing with injuries and developing social skills. Join County Coach Developer and Female Coach Mentor Chris Cronin and Technical Lead for the Female Pathway in Essex, Emma Burden for a females pathway event, not to be missed.


Who is it for?

Coaches who are looking for inspiration and to access to further support from FA Coach Developers, County Champions and network with other club coaches within the female pathway. 


What to expect

  • Theoretical conversation around the 4-corner model.
  • Opportunities to network with like-minded individuals.
  • Practical session bringing to life discussions.


Outcomes

  • Networking with other coaches and clubs within the female pathway .
  • Opportunity to access further support through the County Champion programme.
