MORE TEAMS, MORE FOOTBALL! is a firm commitment from the East Riding County FA to increase the amount of adult males who are participating in 11-a-side football in season 2018/2019. Spurred on by the heroics of the England national team at the 2018 FIFA World Cup we want more men to sample the beautiful game in its purist format.
This funding is available to both new clubs who are setting up for the first time and existing clubs who are looking to create new teams.
What will the East Riding County FA provide your team with?
£200 Kit voucher (to be spent at discountfootballkits.com).
£25 First Aid Kit.
A place on an Level One Introduction to First Aid in Football course.
Your club affiliation fees paid for.
More Teams, More Football! Terms and Conditions:
There are a few terms and conditions that those that apply must adhere too to be successful in receiving a grant for their club. They are below & within the application form.
New Clubs
Team to be registered with an adult male 11v11 league that is affiliated to the East Riding County FA, these leagues are as follows:
- East Riding County Football League.
- MKM Hull Sunday Mens Football League.
- Hull & District Veterans League.
- Driffield & District Amateur Football League.
- Hull & District Youth Football League U19s divisions.
- Achieved Charter Standard status by January 2019.
Existing Clubs
Must already hold Charter Standard Status and have completed the Charter Standard annual health check process for the 2016-17 season by June 30th, 2017 (if applicable).
Additional team to be registered with an affiliated league.
New team to have a qualified 1st aider with the team prior to September 2017.

AFFILIATION AND CLUB NAME
Affiliation is what you do with us here at the County FA and is an online process through the FA Whole Game System however if you are a new club you will need setting up on the system to be able to log in. To get this set up please contact Tina Edwards on telephone number 01482 221158 between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday or email here at tina.edwards@eastridingfa.com.
Your club name is what you will be constituted as, affiliated as and registered with the league as. You need to check with that the club name you want is available. There must be no differentiation between your affiliated club name and your league registered club name with the league.
LEAGUES
You will want to contact the league you are looking to join for the 2017-18 season so they can send you out a registration form along with any other additional information. For contact details of league Secretaries please click here.
FA CHARTER STANDARD
The FA Charter Standard programme rewards those clubs that hold this accreditation as they operate at a higher standard through adopting relevant policies and holding relevant qualifications. As a County FA we are proud that we have one of the highest percentage of Charter Standard leagues and clubs therefore it is part of this grants criterion that you become a Charter Standard club.
