Female-only programme, specifically designed to support and develop female coaches across Dorset football.

Topic: This learning package shows how to include goalkeepers in your coaching sessions.
With good planning, goalkeepers can take part in every session. Create practices that involve defenders, midfielders and attackers. This helps goalkeepers build their technical, tactical and communication skills.
Give goalkeepers chances to help build attacks, support the team in transition and organise the defence. These situations help them make decisions, solve problems and work with the rest of the team.
