The football futures programme is the FA’s young leader programme for any young person aged between 14 – 19 who have an interest in getting involved in football leadership;
Signing up to the Football futures programme and completing voluntary hours will provide candidates with a variety of experiences that they can take into their careers and adulthood.
The schedule for the day is:
10am - Welcome
10.10am - Intro & Overview of the Day
6 areas: Officiating, coaching, running events, developing the game, Promoting the game, RESPECT
10.30am - Running events
11am - Developing the game & Promoting the game
11.30am - Stadium tour
12.30pm - Lunch
1.15pm - Coaching -Workshop & practical (BBFA Youth Council)
2.30pm - Social & recreation (Walking football, Soccercise, JP)
3.15pm - De brief & Close
