Peter Sturgess – He has dedicated his coaching career to the development of Foundation Phase players. “These young people are a "mass" of potential and coaches who work with these young players should be valued and appreciated for the great job they do IF their approach releases the potential and allows each player to become the best they can be. The coach of young players should support the development of the person as well as the development of the player. Be an "agent for change" through your coaching and let the Foundation Phase experience be about them and not you.”
