The FA Level 1 in Talent ID (online course) & an in-date FA Safeguarding Children workshop.
Who is it for?:
The course is aimed at supporting scouts that work within the professional game, and those aspiring to work in this field.Course content:
Module 1 - Key Principles - what makes a good scout? Line starting
Module 2 - Relationships - To understand the importance of effective communication and relationship building
Module 3 - Recognising Potential - Using and understanding current research, practice, and processes within Talent ID
Module 4 - Governance - To investigate and understand the consequences and implications of the factors surrounding the governance of Talent ID
