Course Overview:

The FA Level 4 (UEFA A) is the highest practical coaching award available and builds on the technical and tactical content covered in The FA Level 3 (UEFA B). Creating better developers of individual players within units and for 11 v 11 football by improving your understanding of modern trends in the game, strategies and tactics, systems of play in todays game and the England DNA principles.

In addition this course will focus extensively on the principles of play in the 11 v 11 game to create technically and tactically proficient coaches who are able to develop players that can perform effectively in the modern game. 
Please be aware, that by completing this form you are registering your interest in this course only and this does not constitute an application for a place on the course.

Medical information/physical requirements:

If you have any medical conditions which limit/hinder your involvement or participation in coaching activities, you are obliged to declare any relevant, current or previous injuries/illnesses. If you are diagnosed as an asthmatic, diabetic or epileptic, or have any allergies that the course staff needs to be aware of, you must advise us accordingly. Please note that a declaration of injury or illness does not automatically preclude you from any course.
You should further be aware that if you are on a regular course of medication for any condition, you must have sufficient medication to cover you throughout the course. Although first aid cover is provided (where applicable) during courses, no doctor is available to replenish regular medication, nor is there any facility to deliver medical treatment for chronic (longstanding) medical conditions.

If your application to enrol is successful learners will be required to complete a Medical Form prior to commencing the course.

Practical information:

Please note that if a learner has a disability that may prevent them participating actively in the practical sessions, then this should be made known to the course organiser at the point of registration. The course organiser will then take any necessary steps to cater for the learners requirements which may include bringing in footballers to ensure there are sufficient numbers of players. 

Filming and photography:

Please be aware that filming and photography of our courses and learners may take place as part of the course delivery. Such filming and/or photography may be used for the following purposes:
 
(i) to assist coaches at the club with their professional development;
(ii) for wider coach education purpose; and
(iii) for promotional purposes such as online advertising campaigns of our courses. We might also share this footage or photos with local and national media.
