Course pre-requisites:

This course is for level 3 and 4 coaches.

N.B: All coaches can of course attend this event; however CPD is only applicable for levels 3 and 4 coaches.

Course content:

David Court, FA talent ID education lead, and Craig Hinton, FA national coach developer will discuss the challenges that exist when attempting to identify talented young players while looking at what research suggests are important factors within talent identification.
