| Course Content: |
This will be a two-part Masterclass that will provide both a lecture-based presentation in the morning on MJP’s unique systematic integration of the components of the Long Term Athletic Development Approach and practical sessions in the afternoon where participants will undergo various aspects of the MJP training system.
