The Football Association's 2nd Disability Conference: 'Making the Difference: Pathways to Success'

The Football Association would like to invite you to our 2nd Disability Football Conference at Wembley Stadium

Wednesday 8th December 2010

Registration: 9am - 9.45am

10am to 4pm

Key themes for the conference are as follows:

Paralympic legacy and its impact on football

  • To celebrate the achievements since the 1st event and report back on the first year of the new disability football strategy
  • The changing face of football and the impact on disability provision
  • Football Forum with The FA, Premier League and Football League Trust looking at key successes and funding issues moving forward
  • The disability player pathway – this interactive and very visual session will show the playing pathway and introduce delegates to talented disabled players

The speaker list is currently being finalised with more news on this in the coming few weeks. The conference is available to County FAs, Football in the Community Schemes, Local Authority Development Officers, coaches working in disability football, impairment specific organisations, disability football clubs, players and anybody with an interest in disability football.

If you do wish to travel by car please note that the on-site car park charges are £18 per car and £10 for blue badge holders. You will need to pay by cash on arrival. Please make your way to the Green Car Park at the front of the Stadium.
