Course Description
This workshop is designed to support anyone who works with young people and help make football safe. The workshop provides you with the tools to promote best practice and how to manage conflict in a match day environment. Candidates will learn how to recognise early signs of confrontational behaviour, how it effects other people involved in football and how to report incidents that arise.
Course Pre-requisites
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age (coaching/ standalone)
Candidates must be at least 14 years of age (refereeing)

Two hours
Course Aims & Objectives
The workshop will aim to assist you with:
Identifying and build on best practice in football
Recognising poor behaviour and how to deal with conflicts
Se Self-reflection and identifying areas in your role which you could handle differently and adjust your behaviour so conflict can be avoided.
