Coaching 12 to 16 Year Olds


We have an exciting CPD opportunity for any coaches involved in coaching 12 to 16 year olds. The workshop will be both indoor and outdoor providing a blended learning experience and also provide an opportunity for you to network with like minded people involved in grassroots football. The CPD will cover elements as per below:


•Discuss challenges coaches face when working with players aged 12 to 16 year olds.

•To develop strategies to support player development across all four corners.

•To observe some practical activities to motivate, empower and engage players.

There will be some practical, if you do not wish to participate please let the tutor know on arrival. The surface is a 3G so appropriate boots will be required for the outdoor element - the guide will be sent out prior - we do have a small number of boots that can be borrowed.
