Youth Coaching Series: Developing the Environment, Practice & Player

We have an exciting CPD Showcase Series for the start of the new 2026-2027 season - Youth Coaching Series


This workshop is taking inspiration from the FA Youth Modules, Coaches can attend our three sessions to learn and understand more about how you can develop your environment, practice and players in a Youth Football setting 


This workshops will entail the following: 

• Physical and Social factors which can affect the environment, practice and player including maturation.

• Delivering individual learning plans for the benefit of players and how to focus on specific players within a session.

• Psychological factors which can affect the environment, practice and player including cognitive development.

Date 1: Developing the Environment - Monday 6th July 
Date 2: Developing the Practice - Wednesday 15th July
Date 3: Developing the Player - Monday 14th September

Time: 18:00-20:30 - Upon arrival please report to the Community Room.

Venue: Worcestershire FA, County Sports Ground, Claines Lane, Worcester, WR3 7SS - Room TBC

There will be some practical, if you do not wish to participate please let the tutor know on arrival. The surface is a 3G so appropriate boots will be required for the outdoor element - the guide will be sent out prior - we do have a small number of boots that can be borrowed.
