You will look at the ways in which players learn, in more depth, and this will be linked to the stages of player development. This block will help you to develop and deliver engaging and positive learning environments on a regular basis and support you to become an even better teacher of the game.

Will also help you develop skills you can put into practice at your own club in order to promote learning and development within your players in line with the FA 4 Corner Model. This block will also help you to further develop your understanding of how to engage and build relationships with players in your team to help them develop. You will also learn how to make the most of the resources available in order to create a positive learning environment for players that is effective and efficient.
-The Future Player
Will give you the knowledge, understanding and skills required to support the development of players who are creative, innovative and excellent decision makers, with the capability of developing to their full potential. Your understanding of player ownership will be developed and you will learn how to deal with different individual players needs to ensure these needs are met therefore creating a player-centred coaching process.
-How We Play
Will help you develop further technical and tactical knowledge of the game, and support you to understand the benefits of linking practice to competition. This component will help you to understand the suitable balance of planning, delivering and reviewing as part of your role within your own context.
