A fantastic opportunity to see a Regional Talent Club (RTC), The FA's new elite female player pathway, in action. Delivered by Tier 1 RTC staff, the event will provide an insight into the new approach to develop the next England Lionesses and how the England DNA forms an integral part of the syllabus.

Agenda
7.00pm: RTC introduction and values, overview of 6 week programme (in possession) for both the teams and individuals (including differences between age groups), highlight the importance of counter attacking football and how it links with the England DNA
7.30pm: Practical observation - counter attacking, plus the role of the assistant coach in working with individual players
8.30pm: Debrief, Q&A and reflections
9.00pm: Depart

Refreshments: Teas and coffees will be available free of charge throughout the event

Dress Code: Attendees are asked to wear club jackets if possible so they are easily identifiable

Car parking: Limited parking is available on site. As this is a training night for the full RTC there will be parking available on site but to allow parents, players and coaches to access their training, candidates are advised to park safely and considerately.
